Nach deiner Anreise heißen wir dich herzlich willkommen. In einer entspannenden Eröffnungsstunde stimmen wir uns mit einer Meditation und Yoga Nidra gemeinsam auf das Wochenende ein.

Samstag – Stille, Bewegung & Innere Reisen

07:30 – 09:00 Uhr | Silent Morning Yoga, Ingwerwasser & Journaling
Beginne deinen Tag in Stille mit einer besonderen Yogapraxis, die dich in Balance bringt und eine entgiftende Wirkung auf den Körper und Geist hat. Diese achtsame Einheit bringt dich ganz zu dir selbst, begleitet von stoffwechselanregendem Ingwerwasser. Danach hast du Zeit für Journaling, um deine Gedanken zu klären und deine Intention für den Tag zu setzen.

12:00 – 13:00 Uhr | Yin Yoga
Lass los und finde in die Tiefe – diese sanfte Yin-Yoga-Session öffnet deinen Körper und Geist für Entspannung und wirkt auf Faszien und Energiebahnen deines Körpers über achtsame Dehnungen.

16:00 – 18:00 Uhr | Breathwork, Meditation & Kakaozeremonie
Tauche ein in die heilsame Kraft des Atems. Durch bewusstes Atmen lösen wir u.a. Energieblockaden, destruktive Glaubenssätze, verdrängte Emotionen und schaffen Raum für neue Klarheit und Leichtigkeit. Die abschließende Kakaozeremonie öffnet dein Herz und vertieft deine Verbindung zu dir selbst.

Sonntag – Abschluss mit Energie & Leichtigkeit

08:00 – 09:15 Uhr | Aktivierendes Yoga & Klang-Entspannung
Starte mit einer kraftvollen Hatha/Vinyasa-Yogaeinheit in den letzten Morgen deines Retreats. Zum Abschluss lassen wir die Schwingungen von Klangschale und anderen Klanginstrumenten auf uns wirken – für einen harmonischen Ablschluss und eine  friedvolle Heimreise, mit vollem Herzen.
